Flora Cantina specializes in live plants, biological materials, and glass-based growing systems.
Due to the living and variable nature of these products, outcomes are influenced by environmental conditions, handling, and care practices beyond our control.
All plants are sold as live specimens at a specific growth stage, not as guaranteed future outcomes.
All live plants are final sale.
We do not accept returns or exchanges on live plants once they have left our care. This policy exists to protect plant health, biosecurity, and operational sustainability.
If a plant arrives clearly dead on arrival, you may contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Once a plant is delivered or picked up:

Substrate components, mixes, and living inputs are:
Improper use, mixing, or application is outside our responsibility.
Glass vessels and grow systems are inspected prior to shipment.
If an item arrives damaged:
Approved claims may result in a replacement or store credit.
Normal wear, misuse, or post-delivery damage is not covered.
Items collected via local pickup are considered accepted in full at the time of handoff.
Please inspect your items before leaving.
If you receive an incorrect item, notify us within 48 hours.
We will correct verified fulfillment errors.
Flora Cantina is not liable for:
Our liability, if any, is limited to the original purchase price of the item in question.
We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time.
