Our glass pots with drainage, made from repurposed candle containers are for plant lovers who appreciate both aesthetics and intention. Ranging from 4”–8”, each pot features a single drainage hole and comes with a small amount of rocks to create up to a 1” drainage layer at the base.

Clear glass pots offer a unique visual experience. You can see the root zone, moisture levels, and substrate layers in real time. This makes them especially useful for growers who like to monitor plant health closely, adjust watering habits, and better understand how their plants grow below the surface.
From an aesthetic standpoint, glass pots elevate plants into living displays, blending beautifully into modern, minimalist, or curated plant setups.
Traditionally, drainage layers in pots are debated, and in many tapered pots, they offer little benefit. However, through hands-on use with these flat-bottom, non-tapered glass pots, we’ve found that a shallow rock layer does help.
Because the base does not taper, water can naturally collect along the bottom edges and drain slower. The rock layer creates a small buffer zone that helps keep the substrate from sitting directly in pooled water, improving drainage behavior in this specific pot design.

Glass pots are about balance, form, function, and thoughtful design informed by real-world use. When paired with the right mix and mindful watering, they offer a beautiful and practical way to grow.
